Wrap-Pizza with ITALIAN organic spelt wraps

Ingredients for 3 pizzas
For the sauce:
- 400 g peeled, whole tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
For the pizzas:
- 3 Mestemacher ITALIAN organic spelt wraps
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced extremely thinly
- 15 green olives, pitted
- 1/2 green courgette, diced finely
- 1/2 yellow courgette, diced finely
- 2 red onions, cut into very thin strips
- freshly-ground pepper
- vegan parmesan cheese for garnishing
- basil for garnishing
Preparation:
- For the sauce, squeeze the peeled tomatoes into bits using your hands and mix with the garlic, salt and oregano.
- Place the wraps on a baking paper-lined tray and spread with the tomato sauce. Top with bell peppers, olives, courgettes and onions. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for 10-15 minutes. Season the finished pizzas with pepper and garnish with parmesan and rocket.
