Summer salad with berries, raspberry dressing and Mestemacher gourmet focaccia
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Mestemacher gourmet focaccia sour cream
- 500 grams of lettuce mix
- 2 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- 1 handful of blueberries
- 1 handful of raspberries
- 1 green cucumber
For the dressing
- 20 grams of raspberries
- 5 tbsp. olive oil
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- some salt and pepper
Preparation
- For the dressing, place the raspberries in a tall container. Add the other ingredients and blend finely with a blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper and put it aside for a while.
- Halve the cocktail tomatoes and cut the cucumber into small pieces. Place the vegetables in a bowl. Sprinkle the berries over the salad and then pour on the dressing.
- Prepare the bread on the grill and serve with the salad.
