Christmas Pumpernickel Pralines
Ingredients for approx. 12 balls
- 100 g Mestemacher Gourmet Pumpernickel
- 150 g dates
- 30 g coconut blossom sugar
- 30 g cocoa nibs
- 2 TL speculaas spices
- 1 TL cinnamon
- 1 TL cocoa
- 2 TL coconut oil
For the coating:
Coconut flakes, chopped pistachios, freeze-dried raspberry pieces & gold foil
Preparation
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until you have a slightly crumbly, sticky mixture.
- Use your hands and form 12, evenly-sized balls with the mixture. Now roll the balls in your favourite coating, before placing them in the fridge for at least two hours.
