Christmas Pumpernickel Pralines

Ingredients for approx. 12 balls

For the coating:
Coconut flakes, chopped pistachios, freeze-dried raspberry pieces & gold foil

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until you have a slightly crumbly, sticky mixture.
  2. Use your hands and form 12, evenly-sized balls with the mixture. Now roll the balls in your favourite coating, before placing them in the fridge for at least two hours.
