Wraps with breast of duck and plum sauce
for 4 wraps
- 4 Mestemacher Wraps
- 1 large breast of duck with skin
- 2 teaspoons of light soya sauce
- 2 teaspoons of liquid honey
- 1 small leek
- 2 carrots
- 3 teaspoons of plum sauce
- salt
- pepper
- Mix soya sauce and honey and coat the washed and dried breast of duck with it.
- Place in an oiled form. Roast in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool and cut into small pieces.
- Cut the leek and carrots into strips, briefly place them in boiling salted water, pour off the water and allow to cool. Mix with the meat and add salt, pepper.
- Coat the prepared wraps with plum sauce, place the vegetable-meat mixture on top and fold once.
