Wholemeal bread fir trees with avocado cream

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Mestemacher wholemeal bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons of double-cream curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp. lime juice
  • Salt and pepper according to taste
  • 1 red bell peppers

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pip, scrape out the flesh with a spoon and mash with a fork. Stir in the curd cheese and lime juice and use a blender to puree the mixture to a fine cream. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to cut out fir trees from the slices of bread. Spread the avocado cream on the trees.
  3. Peel the bell pepper. Use a straw or a spout tip to cut out small red dots from the pepper. Decorate the Christmas trees with the dots, before once again sprinkling fresh pepper over the trees.
