Tapas with chorizo and fresh white mushrooms
serves 4
- 4 slices of whole grain bread (e.g. Mestemacher Natural Three Grain Bread)
- 200 g sliced Chorizo sausage
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g small white mushrooms
- 1 glove of garlic
- 2 small yellow peppers
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 bouquet of flat leaf parsley
- Clean white mushrooms, quarter, wash peppers, dry, cut into halves, then slice into very small pieces.
- Press garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and brown sausage slices in it, then take them out of the pan. Put vegetable into the pan, fry. Finally add pressed garlic and washed, dried and finely chopped parsley.
- Deglaze with sherry vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Diagonally cut 4 slices of whole grain bread into triangles, spear sausage slices, add vegetable carefully and garnish with parsley.
