Sweet wraps with chocolate cream cheese, berries and walnuts

Ingredients serves 4

  • 4 California wraps wheat XL by Mestemacher
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams dark chocolate
  • 500 grams berries (currants, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
  • 150 grams walnuts
  • 50 grams brown sugar

Preparation

  1. Slowly melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese and place aside to cool down.
  2. Wash the berries and chop the walnuts into small pieces.
  3. Melt the sugar in a coated pan while stirring. As soon as the sugar has melted, stir in the walnuts and distribute on a plate.
  4. In each case, cut out three small circles from a XL wrap (a glass or a small bowl is well-suited for this). Heat the cut-out circles in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 watt.
  5. Coat the mini wraps with the chocolate cream cheese. Layer the berries in the centre and fold up the wraps according to package instructions.
  6. Garnish the wraps with the walnuts and serve immediately.
