Stuffed serrano ham on whole grain rye bread
serves 4
- 150 g thin slices of Serrano ham
- ½ (Galia) melon
- 1 bouquet of parsley
- 4 whole grain bread slices (e.g. Mestemacher Wholemeal Rye Bread)
- crushed pink pepper
- Cut 4 slices of wholemeal bread into rectangle pieces and melon into oblong pieces.
- Put melon pieces into ham and roll. Garnish with parsley and crushed pepper.
- Serve with wholemeal rye bread.
