Spiders on tuna salad and round protein bread slices

Ingredients for 8 spiders

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher carrot protein bread
  • 1 tin of tuna
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 spring onion
  • ½ head of romaine lettuce
  • Salt, pepper according to taste
  • 12 black olives

Preparation

  1. Mix the tuna with cream cheese (put a tbsp. of cream cheese aside for the spider’s eyes), salt and pepper. Stir in the spring onion that is cut into rings and the finely-chopped lettuce. Season to taste and put aside for at least one hour.
  2. Cut round slices from the slices of bread and spread them with the tuna cream.
  3. Halve the olives. Dab eyes on eight halves using the rest of the cream cheese. Cut the other halves into fine strips and arrange the spider, with legs, on the salad.
