Smoked salmon, olives and honey-mustard sauce kebab
Ingredients
- 1 pack of Mestemacher kebab bread
- 400 grams of smoked salmon
- 15 black olives
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce
- 3 tbsp. grainy mustard
- 150 grams crème fraîche
- 3 tbsp. liquid honey
- 1 pinch of sugar
Preparation
- Mix the mustard with crème fraîche, honey and sugar and season the sauce.
- Wash the lettuce and shred it into fine pieces. Slice the olives into rings. Chop the dill finely.
- Prepare the kebab bread according to the package instructions. Then evenly distribute the lettuce, salmon and olives. Finally, add the sauce and dill to the kebab.
