Shrimp-spinach wraps in orange sauce
for 4 wraps
- 4 Mestemacher Wraps
- 400g cooked shrimps
- 3 small oranges
- 250g of deep-frozen leaf spinach or the corresponding amount of fresh spinach
- 1 bunch of dill
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- 80g mayonnaise
- 100g crème fraîche
- salt
- pepper
- Peel two oranges, remove the white inner skin, remove the orange filets from the separating skins and cut them into small pieces. Squeeze out the third orange.
- Heat the oil in a pot, add the spinach to it and boil for approx. 5-7 minutes. Add the orange pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir together mayonnaise, crème fraîche and orange juice, add salt and pepper.
- Prepare 4 wraps according to the package instructions, spread the spinach mixture on them, top with shrimps and then drizzle the orange sauce on to the wraps.
- Fold to cones and serve.
