Sandwich India
serves two
- 1 Adler cheese cream
- 1 pineapple
- 200 g smoked chicken breast
- 1 head of curly endive lettuce
- 1 bag of dried apricots
- 1 teaspoon of curry powder
- 2 cl orange juice
- 1 Mestemacher Toast Bread Rolls
- Clean the lettuce, wash and pluck into small pieces.
- Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk and cut into thin slices.
- Coarsely chop the dried apricots and mix into the cheese cream, together with the curry powder and orange juice.
- Place a little bit of curly endive on a slice of Mestemacher toast bread roll, place the chicken breast on it and spread with the curry cheese cream. Place pineapple slices on them, cover with a second slice of bread and press down slightly.
Tip: This dish can be given a special note with coriander or sesame.
