Pumpernickel Muesli Balls
Ingredients for approx. 15 Balls
- 1 banana
- 100 grams oat flakes
- 3 slices of pumpernickel
- 120 grams chopped almonds
- 50 grams chopped, dried cranberries
Preparation
- Puree the banana. Finely chop the pumpernickel and mix into the banana.
- Then add the almonds and the cranberries and mix everything well (ideally by hand). If the mass is still too sticky, simply fold in some more oat flakes.
- Form little balls from the mass and serve.
If the balls are not eaten immediately, ideally cover them and store them in the fridge.
