Pita with shrimps and strawberries
For 1 Portion:
- ½ Mestemacher pita bread pocket
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 100g shrimps
- 1 spring onion
- 4 strawberries
- 1 slice of lemon
Dressing: 1 tablespoon of quark
½ tablespoon of ketchup
- Cut the spring onion into small rings and the strawberries into slices.
- Stir together the ingredients for the dressing and put them in the pita bread pocket.
- Then fill the pita bread pocket with lettuce, shrimps, strawberries and spring onion and drizzle a little bit of lemon juice over the filling.
