Pesto-Wraps
for 4 wraps
- 4 Mestemacher Wraps
- 4-5 large plum tomatoes
- 200g mozzarella balls
- 1 large bunch of rocket
- 3 tablespoons of pesto in a glass
- Wash the rocket, dry it and chop coarsely.
- Skin the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice them.
- Halve the mozzarella balls, add them to a bowl with the tomatoes and rocket, before mixing them with the pesto olive oil mix.
- Prepare 4 wraps according to the package instructions, role them to cones and fill them.
