Pesto Cream Cheese
- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- A squirt of lemon juice
- 300 ml top-grade olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 20 g pine nuts
- Salt, pepper, sugar
- 100 g cream cheese
- Wash the basil and dab it dry.
- Peel garlic, chop and place in a tall container together with basil and the remaining ingredients. Blend to a creamy dip using an immersion blender.
- Season with salt and pepper.
