PURE NATURAL bread with honey curd and fresh fruits

Ingredients serves 4

  • 6 slices Mestemacher PURE NATURAL
  • 1 tbsp. of butter
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 250 grams of curd
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 500 grams of fruits according to choice (apples, grapes, pears, physalis, blueberries, etc.)
  • Mint for decoration

Preparation

  1. Mix the curd and honey, and beat until creamy with an egg whisk. Wash the fruits. If needed, peel, cut into small pieces and mix in a bowl.
  2. Dice the veggie wholemeal bread. Melt the butter in a pan and roast the bread in it. Add the brown sugar and allow it to caramelise for three minutes.
  3. Place the bread on a plate while still warm, layer the curd on top and then distribute the fruit on the plate. Decorate with the mint and serve immediately.
