Hot peanut butter dip
Ingredients
- 150 grams of crunchy peanut butter
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small chilli pepper
- 2 tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly-grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 handful of peanuts
Preparation
- Place the peanut butter and the coconut milk in a bowl and stir until smooth.
- Peel the clove of garlic and chop it finely together with the chilli pepper, then stir in with the peanut butter cream.
- Season the dip with soya sauce, freshly-grated ginger and lime juice. Sprinkle the peanuts over the dip as garnishing.
