Fitness Bread with Berries, Quark and Honey
Ingredients for 2 bread slices:
- 2 slices of Mestemacher Fitness Bread
- 4 tablespoons of low-fat quark
- Mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pistachios
- a little bit of lemon balm for garnishing
- In each case, place a tablespoon of quark on a slice of bread. Place the berries on top, put honey on and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Finally, garnish with lemon balm.
