Colourful scrambled egg with vegetables on Mestemacher PURE NATURAL bread
Ingredients serves 4
- 4 slices Mestemacher PURE NATURAL
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 red onion
- ½ bunch of chives
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 handful of cocktail tomatoes
- In each case ½ tsp. salt, pepper, rosen paprika
Preparation
- Peel the onion and chop it finely. Cut the chives into fine rolls. Put some aside for garnishing. Wash and dice the zucchini.
- Crack the eggs into a tall container and whisk. Mix in the chives, zucchini, onion and the seasoning. Finally, carefully fold in the sour cream.
- Place the scrambled egg in a pan with melted butter and allow to cook. Then stir the egg with a spatula. Shortly before the end is done, add the tomatoes to the pan.
- Halve the slices of bread and place on a plate. Put the scrambled egg on top and garnish with the remaining chives.
