Breakfast wraps with herbed scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
for 4 wraps
- 4 Mestemacher Wraps
- 5 eggs
- 8 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 small glass of trout caviar
- ½ bunch of dill
- ½ bunch of parsley
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tablespoons of oil
- Wash the herbs, dry them, remove the stalks and chop finely.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and herbs and stir.
- Heat the oil in a pan, prepare the scrambled eggs.
- Prepare the wraps according to the package instructions, top with smoked salmon.
- Place the scrambled eggs on top, roll up the wraps tightly, cut them in slices and garnish with trout caviar.
