Asian dips
Ginger and lime mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- 1 pack cream cheese (125 g)
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- about 30 g ginger (chopped finely)
- ½ avocado
- juice of 1 lime
- black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Purée all ingredients in a mixer.
- Taste dip with some black pepper.
Yogurt dip with mango chutney
Ingredients:
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons pine honey
- 1 glass mango chutney
- curry
- paprika
Preparation:
- Purée all ingredients in a mixer.
- Taste dip with a pinch of paprika.
Banana curry dip
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe and soft bananas
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Madras Curry
- ground pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Crush bananas with a fork.
- Taste with some ground pepper and Madras Curry, then stir.
- Let stand for about 1 hour.
- Then add mayonnaise and a dash of lemon juice.
- Garnish with some curry and basil leaves.
