Sweet wraps with chocolate cream cheese, berries and walnuts
Ingredients serves 4
- 4 California wraps wheat XL by Mestemacher
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams dark chocolate
- 500 grams berries (currants, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries)
- 150 grams walnuts
- 50 grams brown sugar
Preparation
- Slowly melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese and place aside to cool down.
- Wash the berries and chop the walnuts into small pieces.
- Melt the sugar in a coated pan while stirring. As soon as the sugar has melted, stir in the walnuts and distribute on a plate.
- In each case, cut out three small circles from a XL wrap (a glass or a small bowl is well-suited for this). Heat the cut-out circles in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 watt.
- Coat the mini wraps with the chocolate cream cheese. Layer the berries in the centre and fold up the wraps according to package instructions.
- Garnish the wraps with the walnuts and serve immediately.
