Vegetarian wraps with three kinds of cheese
Ingredients
- 2 California wraps wheat by Mestemacher
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams Feta cheese
- ½ bunch of parsley
- ½ bunch of dill
- 4 slices Edam cheese
- 2 spring onions
- 1 carrot
- ½ cucumber
- 6 dried tomatoes
- Salt, pepper and paprika seasoning according to taste
Preparation
- Chop the herbs and the Feta cheese into small pieces and stir in with the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Using a potato peeler, cut the carrot and the cucumber into strips.
- Wash the spring onions and only use the green leek.
- Heat the wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 watt.
- To fill the wraps, start by spreading cream cheese onto them. Here, leave open a free edge of approx. 1 cm. Place the cucumber and carrot strips on the wraps. Place two slices of cheese on top and two strips of spring onions and three dried tomatoes in the centre.
- Roll up the wraps tightly and wrap in cling film. Refrigerate for two hours. Cut into strips before serving.
