Pumpernickel-cheese salad in a glass
Ingredients
- 200 grams Edam cheese
- 3 slices of pumpernickel
- ½ bunch of radishes
- ½ bunch of chives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil for frying
For the dressing
- 4 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt, pepper and sugar according to taste
Preparation
- Cut the pumpernickel into pieces.
- Heat the oil in a pan, crush the clove of garlic and add. Then fry the pumpernickel in the pan and place aside to cool.
- Dice the cheese, slice the radishes and chop the chives. Mix the dressing in an extra bowel and season.
- Stir the cooled pumpernickel into the remaining ingredients. Add the dressing and place the salad in the glasses. Garnish with pumpernickel and chives and serve.
