Wraps with chicken breast and peanut sauce
for 4 wraps
- 4 Mestemacher Wraps
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 125g reduced fat yoghurt
- 1 teaspoons of hot Chinese chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 4 large leaves of lettuce
- salt
- Wash chicken breasts, dry them and cut them into fine strips.
- Squeeze out the lime and sprinkle it on top, mix well and leave to marinate a bit.
- Heat the oil in a pan, fry the meat in it until crispy, add salt and pepper.
- Mix the peanut butter in a bowl with the reduced fat yoghurt and chilli sauce mix, season with salt.
- Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and cut them into strips.
- Prepare the wraps according to the package instructions and cut into 4 pieces.
- Mix the lettuce strips, meat and peanut sauce and serve with the wraps.
