Pumpernickel-Cashew Bites with Figs, Cress and Pistachios
Ingredients for approx. 10 pieces:
- 170 g Mestemacher Pumpernickel
- 1 fig
- 3 tablespoons of cashew mousse
- 2 tablespoons of cress
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 5 tablespoons of chopped pistachios
- Chocolate paper cups
- Use a knife to crumble the pumpernickel.
- Wash the fig, pat it dry and dice finely.
- Mix the cashew mousse with the pumpernickel. Mix well, before adding the diced fig and cress. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form small, round hand-made bites from the mass.
- Coat the bites in the chopped pistachios and place them in the chocolate paper cups.
