Fitness bread with curry cream cheese, spring onions and raisins
Ingredients serve 2
- 2 slices of Mestemacher fitness bread
- 200g cream cheese
- 1 spring onion
- 50g raisins
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 heaped tablespoon of curry powder
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (ground chilli peppers)
- salt
- Chop the raisins and place them in a tall measuring cup together with the curry and water, and stir.
- Also add the honey, cayenne pepper and salt to the measuring cup.
- Put everything aside for about 20 minutes, so that the curry powder can soak.
- Then add the cream cheese and beat with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut each slice of bread into six triangles and spread with the curry cream cheese.
- Was the spring onion, dab it dry and cut it into thin rings. Spread the spring onion on the breads.
