Protein bread with carrots, with avocado wedges
For 2 portions:
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 4 slices of Mestemacher protein bread with carrots
- salt
- ½ ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- pink pepper berries
- 20g sprouts (z. B. garlic and beetroot)
- Some leaves of chicory lettuce
- Wash the tomatoes, halve them and remove the stems. Dice the tomatoes, put them on the bread slices and spread. Sprinkle with salt.
- Peel the avocado, cut it into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice and place it on the bread slices. Sprinkle with crushed pink pepper.
- Rinse off the sprouts and lettuce and let them drip off. Garnish the bread slices and toppings with these.
