Fig-gorgonzola pita

- 2 Mestemacher wheat pita
- some leaves of lettuce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- salt, pepper
- 8 walnut kernels
- 2 figs
- 60g Gorgonzola
- Prepare the pita according to the instructions.
- Clean the lettuce and wash it.
- Stir olive oil, honey, salt and pepper.
- Halve the walnuts.
- Halve the figs and cut them into slices.
- Dice the Gorgonzola.
- Toast the pita and fill with the ingredients.
