Trout and cranberry bites
serves 4
- 12 slices of Mestemacher Gourmet wholemeal Classic or Mestemacher Gourmet pumpernickel
- 1 small cucumber
- 125 g smoked fillet of trout
- 200g cream cheese
- 150g cranberry jam
- Stalks of chervil for garnishing
- Generously spread cream cheese on the Gourmet wholemeal slices.
- Cut the cucumber into slices and the fillet of trout in chunky pieces.
- Put a blob of cranberry jam onto the Gourmet wholemeal slices.
- Then garnish with a piece of trout fillet, a slice of cucumber and a chervil stalk.
