Party Snack

serves 2

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher Natural Whole Rye Bread
  • 100 g cream cheese mushroom flavour
  • 100 g green grapes
  • approx. 150 g of air-dried ham
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 1 pear
  • pepper
  • 1 branch of rocket
  1. Peel and dice the pear, stir into the cream cheese and season with pepper.
  2. Cut the grapes into halves.
  3. Chop the walnuts coarsely.
  4. Cut Mestemacher Natural Whole Rye Bread into triangles, spread with pear cream, loosely distribute the washed rocket on it, top it with ham and put on the grape halves.
  5. Sprinkle it with the chopped walnuts.

Tip: Also delicious with cream cheese double cream!
