Filled Wraps with Chives Cream Cheese and Salmon
Ingredients
- 1 Pack of Mestemacher Multigrain California wraps
- 250 grams of cream cheese
- 1 bunch of chives
- Salt and pepper according to taste
- 6 slices of cheese
- 250 grams of salmon
- 1 head of Romaine lettuce
Preparation
- Beat the cream cheese until creamy. Chop the chives finely before stirring them into the cream cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the wraps thickly with cream cheese. Leave a margin of 1 cm free. Now top with cheese and salmon. Place the lettuce on the salmon.
- Roll the wrap up tightly, wrap it in foil and refrigerate for about an hour for the flavour to unfold.
- To serve, cut bite-sized pieces from the centre.
