Mestemacher Fitness bread with “lachsschinken” (smoked, rolled fillet of ham) and cottage cheese
Ingredients
- 4 slices of Mestemacher Fitness Bread
- 200 grams of sliced smoked “lachsschinken”
- 300 grams of cottage cheese
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 2 spring onions
- salt and pepper according to taste
- some butter
Preparation
- Finely slice the spring onions into rings, dice the radishes finely. Stir in the vegetables into the cottage cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for a while, for the flavours to unfold.
- Spread the slices of bread with butter and top with “lachsschinken”. Put some cottage cheese on the “lachsschinken” and serve the breads.
