Mestemacher walnut protein bread with ham and egg salad
Ingredients serves 2
- 1 pack of Mestemacher walnut protein bread
- 8 slices of dry-cured ham
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 small courgette
- 1 small red onion
- 1 handful of chives
- a few dashes of vinegar
- some salt and pepper according to taste
Preparation
- Dice the courgette and onion and sauté in a pan for a few minutes.
- Peel the eggs and dice finely. Add the courgette and onion to the eggs. Chop the chives finely and fold in. Season the salad with pepper, salt and vinegar.
- Top the bread slices with ham. Add the egg salad and garnish with some chives.
