Mesti –  the mouse with almond-honey yoghurt and muesli bread

Ingredients for 4 mice

  • 4 slices of Mestemacher muesli bread
  • 200 grams of Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. of honey
  • 1 handful of chopped almonds
  • 1 apple
  • 2 bananas
  • 8 blueberries
  • 1 handful of grapes

Preparation

  1. Stir the yoghurt and honey until frothy. Fold in the almonds.
  2. Cut a mouse-shaped head from the muesli bread and spread the honey yoghurt onto the slice.
  3. Cut the bananas into slices and halve the grapes. Decorate the mouse’s face with the grapes, banana and blueberries. Now, cut thin strips from the apple and use these as the whiskers and mouth.
